Portland makes her appearance. She talks about Fred looking tired and worn down. The rest of the cast join in with their comments about Fred's looks. The Merrymacs sing, Down by the Old Mill Stream. Then after a commercial, the band plays, There's Honey on the Moon Tonight. Finally the Mighty Allen Art Players put on a play called, The Studios Predicament.
